Need to Know
Q: What will care cost?
Is there a live person available to speak to at any time?
A: Yes! You never know when you will need to give us a call. We are available and working for you 24/7/365.
Q: Is there a commitment to care for a certain length of time?
A: Many people aren’t aware of the flexible nature of home care. Care can be arranged for just a few hours a day up to 24 hours a day. There is no long-term obligation.
We recognize that every family’s needs are different and there is no one-size-fits-all answer. People who try home care experience such positive changes in their life and in the life of their loved one that they often choose to receive services long term. We work together with you to find a solution for your unique family situation.
Q: What is your process for selecting Caregivers?
A: The most important responsibility for our office staff is deciding which Caregivers truly are the best of the best. All Caregivers are at a minimum, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs, HHA & PCA), and must have at least 2 years of experience to even be considered for the screening process. They go through a rigorous 5-step screening process, including a thorough evaluation of practical and interpersonal skills, competency testing, reference checks, background checks, and much more. Annually, we only accept the top 7% of all applicants.
Q: Do the Caregivers have the skills for my specific, personal needs?
